Mr. Ides Salad Topping

Mr. Ide's Salad Topping was a creation of mine to provide texture to salads without adding any salt. Selections like croutons or bacon bits are a no go for a low-salt lifestyle.

Mr. I'des is made from pipitas, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds, a bit of olive oil and dry seasonings, cracked black pepper.
