Gluten Free Taro Root Pizza

If you can find large taro roots, you can make gluten free pizza. You won‘t believe it is not a bread crust. Pre fry the taro root in peanut oil or vegetable oil, and then add your toppings. For me, it is puréed tomato’s oregano and Swiss or low sodium mozzarella. Then bake at 400F

until cheese is melted.
