5 egg yolks
1/2 cup lime juice
Zest of 2 limes
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cream cheese
Crust: 1 + 1/2 pkg graham crackers, 1 stick butter & 4 Tbsp sugar. I used 90% of this
8 inch spring form pan, sprayed with cooking spray
Bake crust first
Pour into crust and bake @ 325F 15-17 minutes. It should quiver when you move the pan
